I’m not sure if this establishment is pet-friendly. Definitely ask someone from the staff, they are very prompt to calls, very accommodating. Very nice place, Lobby is beautiful, although a little bit too dark haha! Crazy amount of floors, got an upgrade to the 46th floor and the view was AMAZING!! You get a city view and see the water as well. Spacious room, the kitchenette came in handy for late nights & breakfast. Overall, my stay was pretty convenient. Also is in a prime location, close to everything. The gym & sauna were amazing as well.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in many hotels across Canada, United States, Europe, and West Africa). The only thing I think the hotel management should improve upon is the hotel’s entrance from the street to the reception: the doors are heavy and there are steps instead of inclined (or sloped) entrance. If you have heavy luggage that you need to roll through the entrance, you’ll be out of luck. Management needs to remake the entrance’s accessibility.

Everything was fantastic. The only room for improvement would be the shower head. It did the job, but it was quite old and needed to be fixed as it was spraying in many different directions instead of a constant, straight forward as expected.

The room was very clean as always. We appreciate that the team left us a couple robes / pairs of sluppers and extra towels. The staff at check in and room services are always pleasant and helpful. The team at the Tellers Bar are amazing and know us so well. 1 King always makes us feel at home. My only suggested feedback is - something needs to be inproved about the hydration in the rooms. That would help to make the sleep more comfortable. Thank you 1 King Team for your dedication and hard work!

So the hotel in general is a nice hotel, great location but I don’t really enjoy putting my hand under a pillow and getting an imbedded sharp metal object in my hand that I had to pull out when it got stuck right into the webbing of my hand which is of unknown source. Really don’t enjoy having to have bloodwork done to make sure I did not get infected by a dirty sharp thanks to the hotels incompetence. While it’s a nice gesture to offer me a $169 room “next time” I book, I think I’ll not be taking you up on the offer given the undue stress you have now caused me… you should really be more careful as incidents like this can have severe consequences

We stay in this city at least twice a month and thought we would try a new hotel for a fair price. Front desk ladies were amazing, polite, quick, and helpful! Our room was spacious as we booked a suite. Clean, slightly out dated decor, and we had intermittent hot water. Not ideal when you want to wash your hands and have a shower. We had 2 other couples meet us at our room for a glass of wine before we went out for the evening and within 15 minutes, security knocked on our door saying the neighbours complained about loud noise. It was 3 couples talking over a glass of wine at 10:30pm Friday night. No music, no party, just friends talking. Rooms are clearly not sound proof at all and walls are thin. We of course apologized but then decided to spend the rest of our evening outside of the room. I have stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms as we travel very often for both work and pleasure and have never had a noise complaint. I was shocked. No blame on the staff but this is clearly not a hotel for those who want to do anything other than sleep in it. We won’t be back to this hotel but it was worth a try.
