"affordable, convenient stay in the heart of downtown LA. i was there for about a month and would recommend this place to anyone visiting or needing a place to stay in LA. kind staff and the rooftop pool/restaurant/bar takes it to the next level. don’t miss happy hour/ sunsets at the broken shaker! "Room had a bad smell; toilet paper was thin; reception staff looked bored and unwelcoming; breakfast area was too small, barely could find a table to sit; did not provide with proper ticket to exit parking garage which caused unnecessary delay; price of a water bottle (1l) =10$, very expensive and prices were not listed. Overall for a Hilton branch - disappointed."
