Nice, but a bit noisy

Very friendly and professional staff, easy to check-in and all services and amenities were clearly explained to us. On-premises restaurants and bars were not serving to guests without all-inclusive package and the location was quite remote so dining was always a bit of a chore. Breakfast was nice and the pool area was great for all kinds of guests. Could have used a little sound-proofing as the party outside went on to almost midnight every day (no point in attending without the all-inclusive extra package) and neighboring rooms had noisy action going on through the night.

Plus: + Fint poolområde. + Toppentrevlig personal. + Bra städning av hotellrummet. + Bra mat och dryck för att vara All inclusive. + Gratis buss till shopping & stranden från hotellet. + Sköna sängar + Bra hotell för den som gillar ljud konstant. Minus: - ACn brummade och blev ej kall (kylde ej) på hela vistelsen, 8 nätter. Trots försök till reparation av personal. - Helt oisolerade rum, vi bodde på den gamla delen. - Halva hotellet fyllt av fotbollslag ålder 10-14. - Poolen helt överfylld av barn och skrik. - av 8 nätter fick vi 2 nätter med bra sömn pga så oisolerat rum. - Konstant spring och skrik i korridoren trots att klockan närmat sig midnatt.

Stayed here for 4 days but for most part was at a wedding locally; so didn’t get the full hotel experience but the staff are lovely, we had the junior suite which was a lovely surprise and huge! Food was all hot and nice, everywhere was clean.

Not like a 4 star hotel. Very dissapointed.

Really bad service. The staff doesn't speak kindly to us and we dont feel us welcome. The room was very worn. There were kids everywhere and such a bad noise all the time. The food tastes like nothing. The hotel doesn't act like a 4 star hotel.

If you are looking for a hotel choose this hotel - not only the service and food really good but the staff over here makes sure they make you feel as if you are home! Hotel molto grande a pochi minuti di auto dalla spiaggia (é previsto un servizio navetta gratuito offerto dall’hotel). Bella la piscina e molto buono il buffet, sia a colazione che a cena. Da migliorare la pulizia e l’arredamento (gli anni iniziano a farsi sentire …) Consigliato!

Good place

Big complex. Bit dated in parts. Drinks and food good. Pool bar gets busy. Lots of non all inclusive still getting all inclusive drinks and food. Always sun beds to be found. Courtesy bus was really good.

Too crowded if you are looking for a relaxing quiet break. Does not cater for vegetarians. I had to eat bread and kids pasta everyday. I was all inclusive but no mineral water included.

All in all it was very good! The room was particularly well air-conditioned, which is my bad bearing in mind the climate impact of it all. The pool area didn’t seem able to accommodate the number of guests, finding a sunlounger without a “towel reservation” wasn’t always easy. We stayed there in June, I can only imagine it would be worse in July and August. But having said that, we had a great time :)
