Rooms had everything required. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of options of food within buffet to suit even the pickiest of eaters. Just a shame the restaurant wasn’t open during our stay so unable to review that. A beautiful beach within a short walk. Amenities close by too.

A good value for money hotel, always clean with a good standard of food and drink with excellent service. Like all hotels of this age it is in need of some improvements and updating but overall the experience was positive

En meget middelmådig oplevelse ift hotellet er 4-stjernet. Da vi ankommer, er vores værelse ikke klar, vi måtte vente omkring 2 timer på at få vores værelse. Vi havde i forvejen stået i en meget lang kø i receptionen til check-in, ca (45min) og da vores værelse endeligt var klart, måtte vi stå i kø igen for at få værelset. Værelset var som sådan fint nok, vi vendte mod hotellet pool område, og derfor var en en del støj, specielt fra underholdningen som starter kl 22 om aftenen. Vi ville gerne se en film om aftenen, men tv’et på hotellet er indstillet til vol 15, og det var derfor ikke til at høre noget som helst. Maden i buffeten er det værste flap-mad jeg har været udsat for. I 14 dage var det det samme flap-mad som blev serveret i buffeten hver eneste dag. Mangel på frisk frugt. Ingen ris at finde. Og kædet har helt sikkert været fra fryseskabet som man kan købe det fra et supermarked. Min partner og jeg, spiste ude hver dag, på trods af vi bestilte all inkl for at spare lidt på maden. Buffeten var det som vi var mest skuffet over. - De sidste 5 dage ville vi opgradere vores værelse til bjergudsigt, for det var ikke længere til at holde ud, og der var de meget søde i receptionen, og gav os faktisk et værelse på den anden side på 10. Etage. Hvilket var skønt. Dog findes der kun 2 elevatorer på denne side, og med alle de mennesker var der altid meget kø samt ventetid på elevatoren. Den ene elevator var i al tiden. Man kunne let vente 15 min på den hver vej. - god beliggenhed

Dårligt besøg.

Gamle værelser, gulvet var gået fra hinanden flere steder. Der stank af røg på værelset. Sengene var yderst dårlige, benene var så løse at det at ligge sig i sengen var ret så træls. Der var sølvfisk/skægkræ på badeværelset. Der er mange fine valgmuligheder ved maden. Dog var den 80% af tiden kold. Der ud over virker nødudgangene ikke korrekt og da brandalarmen gik ( som var en fejl) kunne vi slet ikke komme ned. Vi blev nød til at tage trappen en etage op. Også tage elevatorerne ned. Roomservice tager også hele tiden håndklæderne men efterlader ikke nogen igen. Til trods for man ligger dem så de ikke skal tage dem. Drinks fra pool baren var dog perfekte! :)

Great, clean hotel, fantastic and friendly staf

Room was very basic but was on my own so was good enough. Was clean and the Aircon worked. Staff were very friendly, especially the cleaners who always had a smile on their faces. Sometimes they could have done with an extra person serving drinks as bar always had a queue. Food was good and had plenty of options each day. Couldn't fault anything. Overall was a good hotel and well worth the money paid
