"We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was a good size. no kettle but it was available if we had asked. There was a coffee machine near the lift area for use by guests if required. My only issue about the room is that in the bathroom it said to put towels on the floor if you wanted to keep them and hang them up if you wanted to change them. This seemed counter intuitive and contrary to every other place we have stayed in. We assumed it was a translation error so hung the towels up but they were changed every day. But who wants a towel when its been wet on the floor? Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from including horchata and fartons. Enough to set us up for the day visiting. Getting around from the hotel was great with a bus stop directly outside the hotel to take us to the old town. A short walk to the metro as an alternative. The view of space age buildings of the city of arts and sciences close by was fantastic especially at night. There was plenty of restaurants nearby to chose from but the hotel restaurant was very good and actually good value. I would highly recommend. We used the outdoor swimming pool as the weather was good enough to. We didn't try the inside one. Plenty of towels available and we always managed to get a chair to sit on but there were plenty of loungers too. The pool was nice and clean and just what we needed after a day out sightseeing. Overall, a very good stay in a beautiful city with plenty to see and do."

"I had the wonderful surprise of finding out that the hotel was in a great location and directly above a shopping mall. Parking was also very easy and convenient. Overall, I absolutely loved our stay and had a great experience!"

"Cette hôtel est très bien situé, prêt des attractions principales de la ville et assez proche de la plage. Magnifique rooftop avec une vue imprenable! Très bon dejeuner avec plein de choix. Je trouve que l’intérieur de l’hôtel manque un peu d’amour! Un petit coup de peinture et de décontraction."
