"Excellent staff, always a smile and help with any questions about the city. Great location opposite Science & Arts centre. Bus stop right outside of hotel to take you right into the city centre which ran every 10 minutes."

"Lovely lovely staff at this retro feel hotel Its nice, it does need a refurb .asap. Plumbing seems to be struggling. Rooms are basically equipped . The TV was quite small & no refrigerator. There is an excellent supermarket across the road and the hotel breakfast is lovely"

"Fantastic location, right on the main plaza, 4 minutes from station, 3 minutes to the Central Market. The 1 person rooms are small but spotlessly clean and perfect for 2 nights. Buffet breakfast has a good selection of food all very fresh. Hotel happy to store luggage in secure room proir to checkin or after checkout. If 8d been staying longer probably would have booked a bigger room, but as I said for 2 nights it was spot on"
