The property itself is very central to a lot of amenities and points of interest. It really is a great location for sightseeing and good eats. The breakfast buffet was well worth the €15 and came with everything from fresh fruit to scrambled eggs and sausage. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

Stay was alright. Location and breakfast were good. Marta at the front desk was helpful but checkin was a long line, and there were several maintenance problems with the room. Not all electrical outlets worked, the shower drain was clogged and the glass barrier on the shower was very loose.

A great hotel near shops and the Arts and Sciences. The beaches, which are a cheap bus fare away, are amazing. Travel from airport by Metro line 5 to Maritim and walk the rest.

The staff does not speak proper English and there was no support in contacting the reception. The rest was okay. Especially good was the location next to a shopping center; however, there was an issue with commuting by public transportation.

Great location. Next to a mall and within walking distance to many touristic places. No pool, so if you’re traveling with kids be sure to keep that in mind. Other than that, the staff was lovely, and the hotel was clean.

Breakfast was mid, better options on your doorstep. Room was rough, black mold in the bathroom and peeling paint, water staining on the walls of the bedroom. Staff were nice and the hotel is conveniently located near the arts and science park. I wouldn't rush back.

Definitely not a four star....a three start at best. No gym or pool. No amenities in the bathroom which you would expect. Requested a queenside on my booking 9 months ago, that didn't happen. Went to see reception straight away and advised me two single beds put together is all they had on the day The only savings grace it is next to the tourist attraction and on top of a shopping centre if you need food. Vegetarian will find it difficult as everything has meat in it. Sanoma a restaurant in the centre was my savings grace, beautiful food and superb service and very reasonable. This is the first time I have written anything bad about any place I have ever booked But unfortunately I have to tell the truth.

Okay place. We didn’t have soap nor shampoo in our room while there. We were able to see cracks and things that were worn. The chair in our room disgusting I had to ask for a sheet to cover it up. I would not there nor did I seat there at all. We placed our suitcase on it once sheet was over the chair. Sheets are hard. The room with one bed and a small bed. The small bed was like a cot, sheets again hard and they placed a thick blanket over thin mattress., not comfortable Both beds were hard . The trash can in restroom was tiny and the lid broken. I would not recommend this place especially if a senior or shorter person than me I’m 5’2 and the tub was too high and slippery trying to get in and out. For sure an elderly person would not be able to get out even with it having a bar to hold unto. Would not stay here again. Perfect for shopping and eating it was all there, as soon as you exit the building.

We always stay at Agua 4 Iluniun due to its location—it is centrally located between the beach and Valencia Central. We walk everywhere and there are multiple amenities around the hotel. The staff is always helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is an excellent location but is feeling tired. The plumbing is creeping. Hot water out of cold taps unless you run for over a minute. Shower grouting breaking up. Super slippery bath floor. Also lack of pool an issue given confusion overt other Aqua hotels nearby with advertised large pools. In contrast very good and reasonably priced breakfast. Overall needs some updating.
