Property was rustic but very nice. Love the communal dinner buffet. The food for dinner was excellent. The staff provided excellent service. Beautiful view of Torres del Paine. Love everything about this place.

Views from the garden, right by the river side, excellent food and beverages options with scrumptious breakfast and delicious buffet/ a la carte dinner. Although pricey, but worth it.

Serviço bastante confuso. Minha reserva era de 1 quarto para 3 pessoas e, quando chegamos, queriam nos colocar separados de uma criança de 9 anos, com a desculpa de que o outro quarto "era perto". Sem contar que os quartos que estavam nos oferecendo eram claramente abaixo do que estava nas fotos. Depois de uma conversa mais dura, conseguimos mudar de quarto, mas com stress razoável. A limpeza também deixa MUITO a desejar, a ponto de termos que pedir para retirar o lixo do banheiro. Vale ressaltar positivamente a organização do restaurante e a qualidade da comida, bem como a localização, com acesso fácil ao Parque de Torres del Paine e a vista do hotel. Se trabalharem melhor a administração, o local é sensacional para quem visita o parque, mas o staff é terrível.

Beautiful cabins and kind staff, but not the ideal place for solo travel or without renting a car. The place is far from the airport, like one hour and 20 minutes in car. No tour online will pick you up from there. All pick ups are from puerto natales, and that area has nothing close to public transportation, so your last resource is either to pay for the tours offered by the hotel or pay 300 USD in transportation per day. Not cheap at all. I paid more than 800 USD for 3 different tours, honestly the most expensive tours I have ever paid, and I travel a lot. No wifi in the cabins, only in front desk area. If you are vegan or vegetarian and didn't notify the hotel in advanced, be prepared to eat rice, soup or quinoa only

The property was in a great location with easy access to one of Torre del Paine entrances. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location! Staff was above & beyond helpful, friendly and kind. Room was very clean and the food was terrific! Thank you Jonathan & Paula, (staff) who helped us navigate through this part of our trip! We’re definitely learning Spanish when we get home!

Great location with water and Mountain View. Excellent staff, especially Pedro in the bar. Very helpful. Loved the wood fired jacuzzi. Buffet dinner was surprisingly high quality. Really enjoyed it.

Very nice restaurant area and bar/lounge. Our wing had a good living/lounge area also. We enjoyed the outdoor picnic tables and sitting area by the Rio Serrano

Great location at the entrance of the Torres del Paine national park. Magnificent views from some of rooms combined with extensive lawn areas. Very good breakfast. Bungalows are cozy but hotel/hostal type rooms in a big building are not particularly inspiring. I understand that the entire area is unique, very expensive to keep and thus steeply overpriced but for this money I would have expected higher quality of the rooms (and no tip envelope in the rooms).

Every staff I met was amazing. The view from our room and the restaurant was awesome. Dinner buffet was the best food I had in Chile. The hotel also provides various tours and shuttles around the park, at a cost of course. Hot water and Internet were a bit unstable but what can you ask in Paine.

Nice hotel, lukewarm food
Hotel is nice and located conveniently to the park entrance. However, if you are driving on your own, the road from outside Puerto Natales to the hotel and park is largely a gravel road that is in bad condition. It is recommended you have a truck or suv. We drove in a car, but I wish I had an suv or truck. Some portions of the road are paved, but there are huge potholes everywhere that you have to navigate. As for the hotel, the room is great and there is a nice view of the Paine mountain range, but the food (breakfast and dinner) was consistently lukewarm. The $40 pp for dinner is also more expensive than a nice dinner at the Rio Serrano hotel across the street, which is much better.

Absolutely stunning views even though location is a bit tough to get to (but that’s what you get for staying so close to the park). Rooms are basic, adequate facility that would be a 2.5 star hotel (price we paid was that of a 4.5 star hotel!). For the most part, staff’s attitude was indifferent to hostile and petty (the word “hospitality” has not made way this far south, it seems). Reception staff was indifferent, restaurant staff, except one waiter, seemed surly. Two people at the Excursion Desk were very helpful and went out of their way to be helpful. If you need to stay close to the park, I guess this is an okay but pricey place- don't expect staff to be as friendly as the rest of the Chilean population.

Great location just outside the Torres Del Paine park with nice views of the Serrano river and Cuerno towers. Wifi is very poor though (only in the dining area and very very slow). And no cell signal. Dining options are limited too as there is only one buffet at the hotel ($40 per person).

A very nice hotel. good atmosphere, great views. The hotels in the area are very expensive, so relatively not expensive. The buffet dinner is very good. We were with a car , so it was 5 minutes to the southern entrance to Torres del paine.

The hotel looks much nicer than in the picture. We've been upgraded to a triple room as twin was sold out. Very good location and amazing view just out side of your window. The room temperature was a little bit cold in the night, but the staff helped to fix the problem on the next day. Shower was good. Wifi connection did not work well, sometimes was instable.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only issue is the lack of insulation in the rooms, what makes them very cold, especially at night. I woke up because of the cold couple of times each night.

Great location and nice rooms
Great location to visit the park. Internet is a bit sketchy and only works in the reception area. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was always polite and helpful. Restaurant only offered an expensive fix price menu... maybe because low season with limited choices... better value going to hotel Rio serrano for dinner. All in all we had a nice time, and breakfast was really good

Great location
Comfortable with great location, but overpriced. We didn't eat dinner there because it's so expensive. We went to the Hostería del Lago nearby and ate delicious food with great service for half the price. There is only one outlet in the room and one of the plugs was broken. WiFi is poor. It's a great location for exploring the park and there are other hotels nearby for food options. Breakfast was good. Staff is friendly.

It was close to the entrance to Torres and about a 30 minute drive to lago grey. Room was warm and comfortable, breakfast buffet was good and there were several hotels nearby in which to dine in case you wanted to go elsewhere for dinner. There was an excursion desk with someone there to help you plan your time in Torres and the property overlooked the rio Serrano. The price was reasonable and I enjoyed my stay very much.

①予約時の注意事項に「チェックイン時間の事前連絡が必要」とありますが、必要ありません!!②朝、ホテル前に流れる川に映る「逆さ山景色」は非常に素晴らしいです。ここに宿泊しないと見られないものです。③朝食も南米にしては種類が多く、どれも美味しかったです。私は、こっそりとランチ用にサンドイッチを作り、持ち帰りました。④スタッフも優しく、にこやかです。⑤ホテルのレストランに24時間自由に飲めるホットドリンクが用意されています。ポットにお湯も入っていて、自由に持ち出せます。⑥ディナーもホテルのレストランで食べられますが、50ドルくらいするので、私たちはカップ麺で済ませました。

We stayed at 3 different hotels in Torres Del Paine and this one was the worst. The hotel ran out of hot water on the night I stayed, and when I brought this to their attention they said the other guests must have been taking long showers and it would take at least an hour for the water to heat up again. I went to sleep but there was still no hot water the next morning. When I reported this at checkout I got nothing but 'sorry for that'. There was no heating that you could operate yourself, as it was centrally operated, which was no good for us to dry our wet clothes. Also there was a rule that guests could not put used toilet paper in the toilet, even in our own bathrooms, which is not something I experienced in other hotels in the park. The included breakfast was not good and we did not try their dinner as there was only a buffet option at $40 per person. I could not wait to leave and would not recommend,

too bad to stay in this hotel
We had two weeks vacation. This is the worst hotel we stayed. 1. We paid on line several months ago. When we got to this hotel to check.The staff could't find our reservation. I showed the confirmation number and emails. It took long time to find it. 2. We lost one PDI document. It was totally no problem with other hotels. But this hotel charged 20% extra(more than $40 US dollars). 3. The staff asked us to make the reservation for Christmas dinner ($90 US dollars per person). We refused. When we checked out next morning, they asked me paying $180 for dinner fee which we never ate.
