“We had an excellent stay at Valdepalacios. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, but what truly made the experience special was the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive. The surroundings are also stunning, and the bike ride to spot deer is a must. We would definitely come back!”
“Really enjoyed the time and we'll be back. Not sure what was going on with their housekeeping staff. First day we had to ask the desk to have the room cleaned after being gone all day and coming back to a dirty room. They apologized and sent someone up. Then the second day, they came through but forgot some of the towels, left very little toilet paper for the second day in a row. Again, we had to contact the desk. Could be that they were using extra summer staff who didn't know the routine....
“Me encanto la experiencia de dormir bajo las estrellas. Me gusto la privacidad del sitio. El personal fue encantador. El desayuno tambien fue muy completo y exquisito.
La pega es que las instalaciones estan mal cuidadas. Las tablas del suelo estan levantadas y la puerta de entrada de la habitacion estaba descolgada. Es muy caro para tener ese tipo de defectos”
