Beautiful location right on the shoreline, easy to get to from the airport. Lots of parking. Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet. Honesty bar and lovely common area. Staff were very accommodating. Absolutely nothing to fault with this venue.

The hotel was beautifully kept and the staff were helpful and friendly. I loved that it had recreated the old world charm of the ‘good old days’ and the little cafe open for guests was very convenient. The curved breakfast room overlooking the ocean made me feel like I was in an Agatha Christie novel 😍

Really beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Couldn't recommend enough! We had been considering a larger chain hotel up the hillside, but being right on the sea meant a quick 10 minute walk to the harbour and less taxi trips. The concierge was great for making calls for us. The afternoon tea service was delicious as well!

While the rooms are on the small side, the location and setting makes up for it. Every staff member was helpful and friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. We did opt to have the breakfast there every morning and it was delicious in the most beautiful setting overlooking the sea. So close to the downtown area! It had everything we needed and more!

We stayed about a week in early May. The Havgrim can best be described as cozy and intimate with a handful of rooms. Beautiful sea view and easy walk into town. Breakfast is lovely - and saves you from having to get breakfast in town as there are limited restaurants. I would say depending on the direction of the wind you can hear larger trucks leaving Torshavn from your room if you are super sensitive to noise , otherwise you can hear the ocean waves. A lovely stay!

Our stay at the Havgrim Seaside Hotel was fabulous. Great view. Beautiful room. Convenient. The bathroom situation was a bit awkward unless you are very comfortable with your room mate. There was a clear glass door which meant there was no privacy.

I loved the staff. They were so kind and welcoming. I loved the location, it was central to everything and right on the coast. Extremely beautiful. And the breakfast was great. This hotel really made you feel warm inside. You felt like it was your own home. It was wonderful. Thank you again and we can’t wait to come back.

So-called “Deluxe room with sea view” was on the lower level, with very limited sea view and was extremely small and claustrophobic. If this was “Deluxe” I cannot imagine how small a standard room must be. More like Fawlty Towers than an upper range hotel. And some very strange restrictions on when you could check out (if you want to check out before 10 am you must do it the night before, but you must be out by 12 noon). Also small annoying things like having to pay extra if you wanted to use the hot tub. Do not recommend…

Personalet var venlige og imødekommende. Håndklæder manglede stropper at hænge i, og der manglede knager på badeværelset (305) så Håndklæderne måtte hænger over stole. Der manglede også mulighed for ophængning af tøj, så vi hang bøjler på standerlampen.
