"Staff on reception were inattentive. Hotel room was dirty, food was cold and not labelled. Drinks were served in cheap plastic cups throughout the hotel and cocktails were an extra expense. We stayed 1 night out of our planned 7 and left. Booked another hotel and so glad we did. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, do not be tempted by the cheap price as we were."

"From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we knew we had made a great choice in selecting this hotel. The professionalism of the staff, the warm welcome at check-in, the guest relations manageress kindly showing us the facilities, the high class furnishings and the facilities all reaffirmed the reviews we had seen online. I could go on an on about the place, but if you're looking for a true 5* establishment with ultra all inclusive, a great location, top class cuisine and very comfortable beds, look no further. Teşekkür ederim Grand Kaptan Hotel!"
