Mercure Blackburn Dunkenhalgh Hotel & Spa
Just had a single night stay with some friends. Staff helpful and friendly, room lovely, clean. Free WiFi us nice as the signal in a big old building with thick walls is non existent. Getting an uber to go out simple. Breakfast has plenty of options. Didn't have the time to use the spa

They have multiple buildings on the property. We had 2 rooms, not in the same building. Both were excellent, but one was superior and also had a washer/dryer.
