“Nice, clean, cozy, easily accessible and good host.”

“We arrived for a short break for our wedding anniversary. On arrival we were met by Gayle, the proprietor, and shown around. We were given a very warm welcome. This is a lovely boutique hotel that absolutely gives the personal touch. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and all the little details you would expect (plus a few unexpected, gorgeous brownies). We will definitely be going back in the future.”

“Fantastic guesthouse all your needs catered for. Excellent breakfast made with delicious fresh ingredients. Communication excellent, very easy checkin and out. We arrived on bikes so appreciated the bike locker.”

“This is a dog and pet friendly hotel. The proprietors couldn't have been kinder and more helpful especially as this was the first time we had taken our 2 dogs to a hotel. Pam even made up biscuit packs for them 2 phone calls received to check which type of room, and we were given a large sea view room for pet comfort! Down side no garden or outside area however beach was a short walk away. Hotel furnishing a bit dated No dining facilities, restaurants nearby including beach front bars. Shower...

“overall great for the price. its a very lowkey b&b in a charming victorian era guest house. its in a decent area, nice and close to the rail station. the owners were lovely, the room had a skylight, breakfast is an option but i dont think its included depending how you book. my only criticisms is that there was what looked like splotches of mold on the slanted ceiling in the bathroom, though there was no water damage smell. the other thing was soundproofing, last i checked it was advertised as...
