The property overall exceeded our expectation. The breakfast service/selections was great and had a wide variety of food. Overall staff friendliness and service was outstanding. The stand out about this hotel is the people. Everything with the property is excellent. But a hotel is about people. The people that care for you here are so lovely and warm that they feel more like family. You really look forward to seeing them every day and engaging them on the traditions and culture of Japan.

Very friendly staff with amazing view and Onsen. No free pick up from bus stop, we were charged 5000 yen. Double the price for two person occupancy. If you don’t mind the extreme price, it’s a very relaxing stay
