Great location not to far from the sand dunes and with in walking distance of pleanty of food and bars. The staff were very friendly and the dinner was great.

An Onsen Ryokan you don't wanna miss

one of the best onsen ryokan I have stayed in Japan. you could feel the history of the ryokan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is awesome and highly recommend to take the dinner + breakfast option. Overall, a lovely ryokan suitable for single to family travelers

The best Onsen Ryokan in Tottori!

The best Onsen Ryokan in Tottori. The staff were super friendly and could communicate in English. The onsen was old given the history of the ryokan but still very good. The food was awesome too. Large room, the traditional service you would expect in onsen ryokan and definitely a must stay hotel for onsen lovers!

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Japanese style room and it was beautiful. Clean, well maintained and lots of room. They have a public and private onsen. The private onsen were beautiful and it was a very relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

心のこもったおもてなしと快適な滞在 ― 鳥取の旅館「こぜにや」で癒やしの2泊3日

5月上旬に2泊3日で宿泊しました。鳥取駅から徒歩圏内というアクセスの良さに加え、繁華街も徒歩で行ける便利な立地が魅力的です。空港や駅からの移動もタクシーでスムーズでした。 今回は朝食付きで、初日のみ夕食をいただきましたが、どれも大満足。特に朝食は2日間でメニューがしっかり変わり、焼き魚や野菜を中心としたバランスの良い内容で、ボリュームも十分。朝食担当の方の気遣いも温かく、1日の始まりを気持ちよく迎えられました。 温泉施設もとても充実しています。貸切露天風呂は清潔感があり、1人では贅沢に感じるほどの広さで、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。大浴場は2カ所あり、時間帯によって男女が入れ替え制になっているので、両方の浴場を楽しむことができます。どちらも夜遅くまで利用可能で、特に露天風呂は開放感があり広々としていて快適でした。大浴場へ向かう途中には自由に飲める水が設置されており、清掃スタッフの方も頻繁に見回りされていて、衛生面への安心感がありました。タオルを部屋に忘れてしまった際には、通りがかった清掃スタッフの方がその場でタオルを貸してくださり、心遣いに感動しました。 館内の雰囲気もとても良く、池の鯉への餌やりは子どもたちにも人気で、大人にとっても癒しのひとときになります。チェックイン時には偶然、獅子舞のパフォーマンスに出会うことができ、思いがけず楽しい体験となりました（イベントは常時行われているわけではないようです）。 ロビーでは朝にコーヒーやヤクルトが提供されており、こうした細やかなサービスも嬉しいポイントでした。フロントには24時間スタッフが常駐しており、頻繁な出入りの際も鍵の預かりなど親切に対応していただけて安心でした。 総評： 心遣いの行き届いたサービスと、清潔で快適な施設が印象的な旅館です。観光拠点としての立地も申し分なく、ひとり旅はもちろん、家族連れや友人同士の旅行にもおすすめできる宿です。ぜひまた再訪したいと思える、温かみのあるお宿でした。

昔ながらの温泉旅館という感じで部屋もお風呂もすごく古かったですがお湯は大変素晴らしかったです。スタッフの方は皆さんとても感じ良く、大雪だったため送迎も大変ありがたかったです。子どもは池の鯉にエサやりできるのをとても喜んでいました。
