Very nice hotel in the heart of the walkable town centre of Toulon. Very easy walk to so many nice shops, restaurants, cafés and the port. The roof top pool and lounging area are also great. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

The deluxe king is a good size for a French hotel. A nice, moderm bathroom with good lighting. The staff was excellent and accommodating with our dog. We loved the rooftop terrace.

Excellent service, funky style!

Exceptional service before and during our visit. Great dinner recommendation. Funky style! A couple of suggestions for eco-friendliness: ditch the small plastic bottles and use wall-mounted dispenser instead. Have a separate bin for recyclables.

Great location, breakfast was very disappointing - we got there an hour before it apparently ended (we were told 11 on check-in but it was actually 10.30) to find very little left - about 4 odd grapes, 1 or 2 croissants.... very slim pickings indeed, and the lack of dairy-free yogurt, cheese, etc. was disappointing. Also lacking was the rooftop bar we saw advertised throughout the hotel - we eventually managed to get the 1 overworked lift to take us up but there was no sign of any bar, so don't get too excited about a sunset drink on the rooftop cos it's not happening. Location between station and port was superb so we'd stay again while transiting through.

This hotel never deserves 3 stars. Its too loud in the night. The doors are not closed good enough. The staff never finds a solution. The best about this hotel is the great location. It is also very safe. All the other things are sadly bad. Book another hotel if you want nice holidays.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The shower drain did not work properly and so water flooded the bathroom floor, and started out into the room. It was late in evening, granted, but the managers solution was to give us a bunch of towels to mop it up, which did not work well, it was a lot of water. So, we just made sure we put on shoes every time we went into bathroom, not optimal. If had other choices probably would not stay here again.

Unfortunately the hotel did not have a regular water supply and it was not possible to shower, wash or flush the toilet most days. We had to use water from the swimming pool to use the toilet and bottled water to clean our teeth. The staff blamed the local water supply but , having checked with other local businesses, they did not have this problem. We also moved out to stay in another hotel 5 mins walk away and, despite being on the 5th floor, we had no water issues there.So the only conclusion is that it was a hotel specific issue. Other wise the hotel just is fine and well located !

Really nice place, good location. The pool can get busy at times which can be a bit annoying. Bedrooms are decently sized for a standard room. Room service daily, however 2 of the days they didn’t attend the room. Staff were friendly and eager. Overall I would stay again/recommend.

Great hotel - Great City

Toulon is an amazing city. The hotel is located in the old town a very nice place. Nice small pool wich was nice since it was very hot.Go to the harbour its great with lots of nice restaurants and really tasting food. The beaches are lovely, the water is nice, clean and sand button. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would go to Toulon again.
