"This was a really fun place to stay - in a university! Right in the action of a cool area, 2 min walk to the trams, great cafes and restaurants nearby, the city Centre a short walk. Clean, easy, quiet, comfortable - so good we stayed an extra night. And Toulouse is a great city. "

"La chambre est ok, sobre, assez calme dans les environs, rien à redire. On a même pû observer par la fenêtre les entraînements dans l'hippodrome situé en face de l'hôtel. À part le support du pommeau de douche cassé, nous n'avons pas grand chose à dire de négatif "

"The front desk hours were not very consistent. They were closed intermittently throughout the day. My electricity went out on one side of the townhome. The stairs were old/loud when walking up and down. I did like that they had a full kitchen with dishes and pots/plans which is great for long stays for families. "

The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...
