Good communication. We called in advance to say we were arriving quite late. We were given clear instructions regarding codes and how to get in. We had issues with another hotel that didn’t have a contact number, so I truly appreciate the fact that it was possible to call and speak to a member of staff before arriving. The room was very clean and we slept very well to continue our journey the next day.

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une nuit dans l'hôtel car bloqué à Tours à cause de la fermeture des stations service. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel de l'hôtel et la chambre (3 personnes) était très confortable avec deux pièces permettant une séparation entre notre enfant et nous, les parents. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré les circonstances. A recommander sans hésiter.

Etape pour rentrer de vacance. Il faisait assez étouffant dans la chambre sinon la literie est bonne et l'etat de la chambre est correct. Le petit déjeuner simple. Seul bemol le café c'etait de l'eau.

Hôtel décevant

Vraiment décevant. 40ºC dehors et les chambres ne sont pas climatisés, pas de ventilations non plus. Il faut demander à l’accueil si vous voulez un ventilo. La douche qui fait un sifflement qui empêche de dormir. Literie moyenne et jaunie, donc très vieillot. Pas de drap simple c’est couette d’hiver ou rien. Un point positif pour la grande douche. Le personnel est sympa et aux services. Mais l’hôtel est décevant pour un 3 étoiles et pas beaucoup de choix aux petit dej. En gros je ne reviendrais pas.
