“Hotel was excellent. I would definitely use it again if visiting west London as well situated for this part of town. However, reliance on tubes became an issue in the heat as it would appear the circle line wasn’t the best. I would als confirm it was very hot.”

The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful.”

“위치, 컨디션, 직원 서비스는 좋음. 그러나 싱글배드는 간이침대라 매우 불편했고, 건물이 공사중임에도 불구하고 양해가 없었음. 또한, 아침에 준비중임에도 페인트칠할때 방해가 된다고 커튼을 걷어달라고하고, 아침에 문을 두들겨 매우 불편했고, 씻고 나왔는데 창문에 매달려서 건물 보수를 하는 사람들이 있어 매우 불쾌함”
