"I'm giving this five stars for the outstanding customer service from everyone we interacted with from reception staff to the domestic staff, they we e all great ambassadors for this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean if a little basic. I would recommend taking a travel kettle or its a visit to reception for hot water for tea and coffee. "

"This was our first trip to Europe, and we started in London. The Bailey's Hotel was a wonderful place to start! The hotel is beautiful! Our room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The location is in a beautiful and very safe neighborhood, with the subway across the street making transportation a breeze. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. The restaurant and bar offered a selection of great food and drinks. All of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. A special thank to Magic, who welcomed us upon our arrival and every day thereafter. He provided us with great advice on directions on touring, and made us feel welcome! I highly recommend this hotel and will definately return on our next visit to London!"
