"Overall we had a good holiday but I would not class Sandals Ochi as a 5 star, more 4 star. Shuttle service is good to and from airport. Please leave out the cringe worthy goodbye sing song as we got onto the shuttle service!! we are adults not children! We stayed on the Beachside Riveria Honeymoon Room. Really needs modernising especially bathrooms. Quite disappointing. The property itself is looked after well, beach not the best, nowhere really to take a walk Food and Drink was good quality, drinks premium top shelf drinks. The Italian was a little disappointing, nothing Italian about it, no herbs, flavour, but guess it caters for the not so discerning guests! You can dine at the nearby Sandals Dunns River, but we were never given that option. Soy and Kimono were very good, Kelly's Dockside ambience great, food average. La Gourmande French was the worst! Red Lane Spa is very expensive! How can you charge $270 for 60min massage! If you had kept the prices reasonable I would have booked a few. "The first room wasn't suitable, it had roaches but the next room was better. The cookware wasn't the cleanest so we brought a skillet to cook with, the ceiling fan wouldn't turn off. The beach and location was great, I truly enjoyed that. But I see the same complaints and the response is the same so its safe to say that your not trying to fix any of the concerns and that's unfortunate."

"Every staff member goes above and beyond to make your experience Wonderful!! The food was great at all the restaurants, they need to have more original Jamaican food on the menu, i didnt come to Jamaica to eat Asian food, why not have the Bayside Restaurant be authentic local flavor and vibe. The resort, watersports, pools, bars and ocean beach area was sparkling clean. Evening entertainment was highly disappointing. They had a Reggea/Caribbean dance party and the DJ was playing Vanilla Ice and Bruno Mars, um NO!! We left after 20 mins. Sing along, restuarant music was John Denver and Hank Williams, country!! Um NO!!! Again, left America and came to Jamaica. Please put some authenticity into your resort activities!!"

"Loved the vegetable gardens, the friendly staff and our spacious clean room with our very private balcony. Good food and lovely grounds as well as seeing the resident peacock at meals made our stay very special. So happy not to be at one of those 5star all inclusives."
