The hotel is about 10 mins drive from Toyama station. The hotel parking is 1500yen per night. Bed is comfy and rooms are decent in size however the hotel is a bit old. The room facing was the Toyama castle which is nice. Overall, a good experience.

Fantastic customer service. We checked in our bags as we arrived early and they had already placed them in our room when we finally checked into the room. From the front desk to their bar, their customers service was top notch. They really made our stay in Toyama so easy.

Directly across from the castle grounds, can walk to jr station (~1k) restaurants and shopping. The room was a bit cramped for 3 adults. Airconditioning is centrally controlled, so room is warm when cold out, cool qhen hot. This was very inconvenient as we had to call front at 2 am and only sution was a floor standing fan

Very nice property with easy check-in. We were able to explore the area while leaving our luggage with the front desk. As a pleasant surprise, when we got back our luggage was already in our room. Unfortunately under our beds was a bit dirty... with chips and an empty coke bottle underneath one. We wouldn't have noticed if my sons fidget spinner didnt fall udner the bed. But the view is absolutely amazing, which convinced us to extend our stay. Also, unfortunately in our room the HDMI port didnt work. But they did their best to figure out what was wrong, and i dont really want to trade this view in, castle and mountains.

I stay in this hotel frequently. The staff are excellent. The lobby area and restaurant are also excellent. The rooms are small as is typical for a Japanese hotel, but they need some updating. The rugs in the rooms are old and in this latest visit my rug had a patch.
