There was a stain on the tatami floor. It also seems to be the season when small insects or cockroaches appear. Despite staying on a high floor with no windows open, I noticed these bugs in the common areas. It would be good if the staff could address this issue rather than letting them roam freely in those spaces.

宇奈月温泉駅に到着した時にかなりの雨が降っていて、当初徒歩で宿まで行く予定でしたが無理そうなので電話すると、すぐにお迎えに来て頂きました。 アルペンルートへの女子旅でしたが、直前の日程変更で希望の日程で空いてる部屋はデラックスルームのみだったので、広いお部屋となりました。ソファがあるお部屋と、布団が4組は敷けるほど広い和室。2人ではもったいないくらいの広さでしたが、広いのもなかなか快適です。広い窓からは渓流を眺められます。 夜はエアコンなしで寝れました。 部屋には加湿空気清浄機がありましたが、水を入れる部分がややヌルヌル感があり、ちょっと使うのがためらわれました。 洗面台のアメニティの所に歯ブラシがなく、？でしたが、浴衣の方にありました。洗面台の方でいいんじゃないでしょうか。 一階のトイレを使用した時に、排水口のピンク汚れが気になりました。 お料理は地元のもの、季節のものも盛り込まれていて、少しずつ色んなものが出ます。最後に炊き込みご飯で、かなりお腹いっぱいになりますが、ご飯は意外と少なめだったので、完食できる量です。 朝ごはんはバイキングで、席数多く種類も適度だと思います。 露天風呂は大きな露天風呂が1ヶ所と、洗い場2ヶ所の家族風呂を露天風呂として開放している所が1ヶ所で、夜と朝で男女入れ替えです。広い露天風呂がその日の夜は男性用だったので朝の時間で広い方に入りましたが、夜明かりの露天風呂の写真が素敵だったので、夜入りたかったなぁと思いました。狭い方の露天風呂は洗い場2ヶ所なので、そこが埋まっていれば上がる時のかけ湯ができません。 大浴場と露天風呂は別の場所にあり、色々入りたい人にはちょっと使い勝手が悪いです。

우나즈키온천마을에서 편안하게 묵을 수 있는 료칸

료칸이라서 그런지 가격이 저렴하진 않지만 굉장히 편하게 지냈다. 우선 프론트에는 남자 한명만 영어를 잘 쓰고 나머지분들은 말이 잘 안통하긴 하지만 너무 친절하셔서 큰 문제는 없었다. 노린재 주의라는 푯말을 보긴했는데 산 쪽에 있어서 노린재는 진짜 좀 있는듯... 처음에 들어가서 히터를 못찾아서 춥다고 하니까 히터 및 개인 온열기까지 갖다주고 그래서 친절함에 만족합니다.

A good hotel that is not too far from the station.

It is a good place for those who want a quiet environment and Onsen. Though it is a 5-8min walk, the walk gives u an experience of the countryside in Japan.

A relaxing getaway!

Hotel staff tried extremely hard to help with our questions although most of them have very limited English. Nami and Hirosi (sorry if I remember your name wrong) were most helpful and assisted in sorting out our Alpine route schedules and luggage transfer. The Japanese style room was lovely, quiet and peaceful with one side directly facing a river and an uninhabited mountain. You can hear the sound of the running water. The onsen was great too!
