walking distance to shops good service at the front desk, very helpful we needed food for mom who was tired and didnt wanna go on a day trip with the rest of the grp and felt very safe and taken care of and they got her the lunch to her room on time

I got a small, cozy hotel room for one person. I enjoyed my stay very much at this hotel. Clean and a good atmosphere. I also got a very early check in, which I appreciate a lot. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good stay but needs a refresher

Great stay, comfy room, nice staff and amazing breakfast. Internet connexion was good. Location next to the main road is a bit noisy as cars pass by day and night. Bathroom needs some repairs (broken toilet lid, broken toilet paper holder, broken bathroom cupboard).

As a solo traveler I stayed in one of the economy attic rooms and I loved it. The bathroom could have used additional shelving (there's not much place to put toiletries - probably only an issue with that one style of room due to the small size) but that was the only bother. Room was super cozy with a great view of beautiful Trabzon. Good well-stocked breakfast, and staff were friendly and attentive.

Good value for money

Convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from Meydan. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even though none of the guys spoke English. The hotel is well-maintained and the breakfast is good. My room was even smaller than I expected, however, that was not a big inconvenience for me. Anyway, it's good value for money for Trabzon.

Room,s roof was too short, To shave ,I have to bend my self .I cannot unirate in standing position.roof was not flat but making angle 45 degree with horizon.i stayed four days there.but they cleaned once only.

Kahvaltı güzeldi. Sadece odalarda üst katın ayak sesleri yürüdüklerinde çok geliyor, ahşap bir bina olduğu için. Odalarda sigara içilmesi yasak ama maalesef içilmiş ben astımı olan biri olduğum için en rahatsız olduğum şey buydu odanın her yerine sinmişti koku.

Astımı olan konaklamasın !

Astım bronşit hastalarına tavsiye etmiyorum ,2 gün konaklayacaktık odada ki tozdan tıkandık , camlarda sineklik yok sivrisinekten dolayı camı açamıyorsunuz , kahvaltısı vasat biraz daha fazla verip daha iyi otelde kalınmalı , bir daha asla konaklamam.
