Our room was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We had breakfast both mornings and it was delicious and very plentiful. We also had dinner in the steakhouse and the steak was so tender and delicious. The staff were always polite and helpful.

We decided to stay in Trail due to the lack of decent accomodation in Castlegar and we are very glad we did. This hotel was excellent. It was so clean, bed was comfortable, such good pressure in the shower. Would highly recommend it and we would stay there again.

Great location-minutes from downtown.Quick and easy check -in. Beautiful gym- no one in it every time I got ice-room just off gym. Great security -can’t use elevator without room key. Liquor store just behind hotel, Lots of parking. Breakfast was surprisingly tasty. Highly recommend it.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean and updated. Located very conveniently to downtown. Have stayed 3 times here and never had issues or any noise problems. Has a nice hot tub in the hotel and a high end steak house even. Would recommend if staying in Trail!
