“The Tides B & B is a wonderful place to stay in Ballybunion. It is clean and quiet and the mattress, pillows, and blanket were perfect. The bathroom had a bathtub and a separate shower, all updated. The continental breakfast the next morning was absolutely amazing with many choices of breads, cereals, juices, coffee, etc. My husband elected to pay a bit more and got a serving of crepes which were delicious! I would recommend The Tides without hesitation.”

“The home is clean and comfortable. The host was lovely. There are no amenities (no breakfast) and the walk to town is considerable (and a rather large hill!). But, it was an excellent place to lay our weary heads. Check in and checkout were simple. ”

“Hosts were very personable and approachable. Breakfast offerings were first rate. Although situated on a main thoroughfare, the bnb was quiet and very clean. Could use a few more towels in the room and mysteriously (for the hosts and the guests), water supply was shut off without warning at 8 a.m. and lasted for several hours. Fortunately, we were headed out for the day. ”
