Lamentável. Cama terrível, dura, parecia que tinha uma tábua no colchão. Café daqnha servido tarde, nem tivemos tempo de tomar. Não vale a metade do valor cobrado.

Estadía maravilhosa, um Atendimento excelente, com o pessoal e ambiente acolhedor, tudo muito bom, desde a recepção, quarto, itinerário. Gostamos também pq teve tudo o que precisávamos, e muito além, como picina, ar condicionado. O Café da manhã caprichado e completo. Nos deixaram super à vontade, e os cômodos como acessos, espaço social, cozinha, tudo num zelo impecável, bom de se pernoitar, com arredores seguros e pessoal respeitador. Se possível, sempre q nós estejamos em Tramanda, é aqui que nos hospedaremos.

Ótima!

Hotel bastante simples, mas com muita hospitalidade. Ficamos apenas uma noite, pois fomos a um festival de música. O hotel é antigo, mas é limpinho, o café é bom e a recepção de Emília é nota 10, inclusive tivemos contato com outros funcionários e todos são bastante simpáticos. Fica a 1 quadra da praia, parece bem central. Tem garagem fechada, piscina e uma cozinha comunitária. Faz jus às fotos do site. Se retornarmos ficaremos de novo.

Achei a estrutura bem simplória e a acomodação não era confortável. Camas duras e nem o frigobar funcionou. Tem uma boa recepção/atendimento, porém os quartos deixam a desejar.

Constrangimento

Infelizmente muito abaixo do esperado, mesmo sabendo que seria um local modesto e simples, porém o quarto muito sujo e com cheiro de mofo forte e para completar não havia nenhuma informação no site sobre taxa extra para pet, e chegando no hotel fomos recebidos e acomodados e no dia seguinte a gerente nos abordou sobre a taxa que deveríamos pagar, paguei para evitar mais constrangimento. Relatei que só tinha o box no quarto e queria um colchão, ela disse que não tinha para nos levar , mesmo o hotel estando vazio e para completar no segundo dia que estávamos no café a mesma gerente veio nos dizer que não podia entrar com pet mesmo na casinha na frente de outros hóspedes nos constrangendo, sendo que no dia anterior ela não falou nada.

Férias Frustrantes

Atendimento Bom pessoas Educadas , porem quarto onde fiquei não tinha ar condicionado, banheiro sem circulação de Ar , cheiro de mofo devido ao hotel ser antigo e esatr sendo reativado , quarto abafado , itens como cama , colchão reaproveitados mesmo o hotel estando a muitos anos fechado . Ou seja , com certeza não retorno ao mesmo !!
