"The property appears to be available for booking on Orbitz/Expedia; however, the booking details are not transferred to the property's reception, and the owner claimed they had never registered with Orbitz/Expedia. My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived, they were unable to find my reservation, and no rooms were available for that night. I had to find a place to stay elsewhere in the late afternoon. They should be removed from Orbitz/Expedia."

"This is a modern hotel with good service and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. There were no problems getting an extra bed for our three-year-old son. We also enjoyed the small swmming pool at the hotel. The hotel is situated very close to the Slovakian border, but quite a distance from the city centre in Uzhgorod. Taxis are very cheap, so this was not a major issue. But please note that there are no restaurants or shops close to the hotel. More effort could have been put...

"The room said King bed - it was a Queen and the bedroom was so small a King would not have fit. The other furniture was massive and had no drawers or cabinets for clothing so that was useless. The site said “Mountain View”, which in any season but winter would be true.
