구시가지 한복판의 역사적 건물 호텔
훌륭함. ZTL zone 안이라 걱정되긴 했지만 미리 연락해서 해결함. 짐 내리고 주차 가능. 방이 진짜 이쁨. 사진보다 실물이 더 이쁜 호텔은 처음인 듯. 맞은 편 식당 casamia가 시칠리아에서 먹은 데 중 제일 맛있었음!!!! 청결하고 친절하고 조식 맛있고 구시가지 한복판이고 완벽한 호텔임.

I wish I could have learned more about the history of Hotel Carmine. It is in an incredible location and would have been nice to know more about it. Some of the staff was so friendly. Some came off as unfriendly. Breakfast was nice but wish there’d been cheese.

You can’t judge a book by its cover. Beautiful outside. Nice photos on web MAJOR disappointment. Bar closed. Lounge area closed. Shows is SO SMALL. I weigh 120lbs. Could not move in the shower. Literally NO WHERE to put soap. (You must bring your own). For what you pay, this is an awful choice. Beds are rock hard. Pillows are rich hard. Cannot lock doors to a SHARED balcony (shared by four rooms). Wind blew the door open in the middle of the night. Breakfast was nice. Supposed to be included in the price. But some in our party had to pay for theirs. Cannot park in the area by the hotel. Gotta find a place. No where to pay for it, but we did not have an issue there at least. Small plain rooms.

Lovely and comfortable stay in Marsala
We needed a place to relax after several days of busy travel. Hotel Carmine was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We felt very at peace here and the surrounding area was calm and quiet. But we were very close to everything in the Marsala center by foot, so we were able to enjoy walking around the area as well.

The hotel retains its Sicilian charm. The room was small, but comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was very nice. We had thought that parking was available on site. However, we had to park on the street nearby. There was very limited dining in the immediate neighborhood.

Located in the historic center of Marsala, this old convent with a magical garden has been transformed into a 3 star hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful recommending nearby restaurants and helping us with parking. Great quality for the price.

Perfect location, well maintained hotel
Well maintained hotel, perfect location, 5 minutes walk to Cathedral, etc. tasteful, good variety of food for breakfast, friendly customer service. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Charme mais pas d’internet
Très bel hotel, très bien décoré. La chambre au rdc sur le jardin était très charmante. Mais catastrophe, pas d’internet. On nous dit qu’un technicien va venir, mais il n’est jamais venu. Vu qu’internet fonctionnait dans la salle de petit déjeuner, nous pensons qu’il narrivait pas jusqu’à notre chambre. Pourquoi nous mentir? Pourquoi ne pas nous changer de chambre? Bref évitez les chambres 1 et 2. Peut-être d’autres ?

Roberto & his staff were perfect: welcoming, accommodating & efficient. Rooms were lovely & clean Set on an enclosed piazza with plenty of outside parking. The inner courtyard with large garden which our room overlooked with a terrace made it serene & quiet.

Great location, convenient 24-hr reception. Was easy to find free street parking for our rental car one block away.

OK Stay, But Not Without Issues
The hotel was ok, although it needed some maintenance in the rooms. The air conditioning unit in the room was particularly noisy and dated, and rattled all night. When we mentioned it to the staff they replied right away saying that it probably was just dirty filters. The biggest issue we found was with the location of the hotel, which is very inconvenient if arriving by car - the hotel does not have on site parking, and the local streets are unsafe to park in because they are regularly patrolled by "parcheggiatori abusivi", i. e. unlicensed parking attendants, one of whom pierced a tire of our car when we refused to pay him to "look after" our car.

You should visit Marsala!
Three nights in this beautifully renovated old convent were perfect for exploring Marsala and the surrounding area. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had a little balcony looking out onto a quiet piazza. A good selection of restaurants, shopping and sightseeing were close by. Parking wasn’t straight forward but manageable and free. Breakfast was.......unbelievable!
