It was a great clean safe hotel (staying by myselft, I felt safe) The only addition would have been nightstands on both sides of the bed. I recently dislocated my shoulder so It was hard for me to have axcess . Other than that... great!

Very clean! Motel was reasonably priced and had everything we needed for a fishing trip. Management was very quick to respond to questions. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint - remembering codes (no key/key card)!

Perfect!

A quick overnight trip. Bed was very comfortable, location was right on an all-purpose paved trail, and the hotel faced the water. There were even bikes to ride! Beautiful!

We love the location just past all the row of resorts. We loved the bay view! Room was nice and clean. Communication was easy and respond time was very short. Easiest check in and check out process. Our puppy was allowed and loved it too!

Great winter rates! Small facility so it was nice and quiet. Very clean, updated rooms and gathering area with video games, board games and tvs. First time I’ve stayed at a facility that has on line check in along with all communication but it worked well!

Great location viewing the bay. Short drive to downtown Traverse City and Elk Rapids. The hotel was clean and up to date. Overall this hotel provided a very smooth and seamless experience.Parking was a little tight if you drive a larger suv or truck. Highly recommend staying at this hotel in any season.

We travel to TC frequently and have stayed at a number of other properties. We were surprised by the rate being very affordable and the property being a great choice. Clean, quiet and dog friendly made it a perfect choice for our getaway night. Highly recommended if your considering a great rate and a great stay.

This hotel was spectacularly clean & comfortable. We had a little trouble getting in the door with the keypad at first but once we figured it out we never had a problem again. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were very pleased with the online check-in and check-out, and how communication was constant and never an issue, even though there wasn't anyone in the hotel. Great location and the hotel itself is very clean and nicely decorated. Would likely recommend it.

This is a different hotel experience. There is not a front desk or on-site staff but the communication via text is excellent. We had an issue with our heat and it was solved reasonable quickly. The person who fixed it also helped coordinate an extension for our stay. The lake view is amazing and there is a trail in the back of the property for walking or biking. The common areas are also comfortable and clean.

Very clean, spacious and quiet place. Great value for the size and condition of the room. Very comfortable. Only concern was the amount of snow in the parking lot and ease of getting in and out of vehicle. This is minor as the snow fall has been greater than usual and all businesses seemed to have the same issue clearing their lots.
