"Worst experience of my life. The hotel was under construction. Tv did not work room was bad, They tried to give me another room but the ac did not work. As for breakfast old cereal. Just a very disappointing experience."

"It was a great location to stay. Never walk-in a hotel where it looked actually just like the pictures on the website! Picture perfect!"

"The hotel's location was very convenient. Used their shuttle bus to and from the airport. Breakfast was warm and fresh but the coffee was awful. Luckily they had other beverage options. They have a billiard and foosball table which were fun to use. Although the fooball was wobbly, some handles were missing and the table itself looked like it was about to fall apart. The room itself was cozy and clean. The AC thermostat unit was finicky. We had to press buttons several times to make them work. TV remote didnt work properly and when we called the front desk they said someone would come up to inspect, noone ever came. A few hours later we took the remote to the front desk and had them change the battery. That fixed the issue. Our room was on the 5th floor and faced the highway, which was very noisy. The room had a white noise maker machine which helped but it was still loud. Water pressure in the shower was low. Plenty of parking"

"The hotel was spotless and the rooms were very comfortable. Closeness to airport was great and we couldn’t hear any airplanes from our room. "

"Had to be at airport at 3:30am, so I didn’t have breakfast. But the room was very spacious, clean, and even had a couple bottles of water. The bed was sooo comfortable, and also the pillows. But that’s if you like soft, squishy pillows, and soft bed. Would recommend staying there, over the Hyatt, which I stayed at last time."

"Only booked this because it was last minute and close to the airport, but to give perspective, I would’ve felt safer sleeping at the airport. The facility is falling apart, leaks from the ceiling, tape over the carpet where it’s ripping up, graffiti in the elevator, the elevator barely works, everything smells bad, etc. I could go on about a variety of things I witnessed in a short 10 hour period. While the workers were nice, there was one of them that appeared to be under the influence. I barely slept due to safety concerns and checked out asap because I decided I’d rather sit in the airport for 6 hours than spend another minute in this hotel. "
