No air conditioning but there are plenty of windows that open and a lovely fresh breeze comes in. The room has a kettle and tea making as well as a safe. โHad a wonderful stay at The Townhouse. Our host, Hugh, was marvellous. A perfect mix of friendly, helpful and discreet. His property is lovely. It is a beautiful old townhouse (as the name suggests) and whilst it has some small areas that need a little attention, it is full of character and very homely. โThe hotel has recently had a renovation and oh my what a result. The room we had was a cosy sea view room. It had everything we needed and more. It was 27C the day we stayed so the air-con was very welcomed indeed! I highly recommend this hotel. โ

โThe reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I would advise bringing a door stopper as the doors are very heavy.
Beach with easy access.
We have seen lots of lovely people and lots of lovely dogs on the beach.
The beach goes down far away at low tide and there are Rick pools then.
The water is low so good for kids safety.โ
โEasy to self-check in, perfect location, and lovely, clean rooms. The views are wonderful no matter where you're situated in the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will be back for many more. My only minor complaint is that it's a shame the car park isn't subsidised. Other than that, I can't fault this place.

โThe hotels about 5 minutes from folly farm and 15 minutes from Tenby. Room comes with everything you need - towels / hand soap / body wash / hair dryer / ironing board / kettle etc. breakfast was tasty as well with plenty of choice. Will definitely return โ
โLocation is great for the town and if you cant find any parking on the street there is a carpark about 5min walk away @ ยฃ3 - 24hrs.
Property is currently up for sale and needs a little work but the bathroom and kitchen are relatively new and everything else has had a lick of paint just needs a bit of modernising and the garden needs work and isnt secure at the back meaning the dog needed to be let out on a lead every time but did us for the short break we had.โ
