This is one of my favorite hotels. To start with, the staff are very friendly; the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are great. The location is perfect—you can walk Duomo and galleria , and if you need to do some shopping, there is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a gelato shop, and restaurants all less than a minute away. I highly recommend it; it’s perfect.

Had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were great, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Only thing I would change is the pillows offered, they were quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good.

A fine hotel very close to the train station and metros. Staff were very helpful with taxi arrangements to Linate and upgraded our room, also. Would happily stay here again.

"Definitely not a 4 star experience, only saving grace was the view. Severely lacking amenities. We were told to leave the hotel and go to another building to iron our clothes. €5 charge to bring ice to the room. Sauna does not open until 1pm for several days of the week which we were not told about. ..."
