The staff was extremely helpful, including cleaning person, Manuela. There was construction being done, which covered most of the hotel room windows with plastic and scaffolding on the outside. This was not disclosed prior. If you were inclined to nap during the day, it was definitely too noisy from all of the drilling. The Wi-Fi was inadequate, and the breakfast was mediocre. If you are staying for one or two nights, it is sufficient because the rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent. You can walk to and from the train station and to the castle and old town very easily.

A very good stay. Comfortable room, very nice continental breakfasts. Reception helpful pn a latish arrival directing me to Green Tower restaurant 2 blocks away for a nice takeaway pizza. Close to castle & old town.

This is an excellent hotel in a good location. Staff is friendly but not always attentive. Room was kept clean but the floor needed to be vacuumed more. Mattress needed to be replaced. Breakfast was top notch. I would recommend this property & wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We arrived early, way before check in time and the staff were accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is modern, clean quiet and conveniently located near the station. The breakfast was ample with many choices. Professionalism of the staff is always noted and appreciated. Highly recommended!

I liked the bed and the shower and the possibility to make coffe or tea in the bedroom apart from the loss of milk for the coffee. Also I missed a bottle of water in the room as kind of "welcoming". The staff was very friendly.

Above average experience, very nice

I'm very glad I stayed here. Everything was nice, clean, and even a little stylish. This is a nice hotel. The two staff I interacted with were both very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I can't comment on breakfast because I didn't have it. The bathroom was nice. They give you a vanity package which came in handy and was appreciated, including emory board, hair tie, shower cap, etc. They have good tea in the room and an electric kettle. The pillows were very nice and there was even an extra body pillow which was great, again, very much appreciated. The room totally darkens, too. This place was better than I was expecting. I would happily stay here again and I definitely recommend it.

Great stay in Trento

Beautiful hotel. A five minute walk from the train station. A five minute walk to the Buonsiglio Castle. A ten minute walk to the cathedral and diocesan museum. Great shower with rainfall fixture and good water pressure. Had a large window which could be opened for fresh air. And quiet.
