"This place is amazing. Well furnished, beautiful interiors. But that's it. In 4 days/nights we did not see anyone guests or staff -reacheable only by phone.
Based on tyhe folder provided, we should have the choice betweenj a continental breakfast or a more italian one. We found out that it was replaced by a voucher thta we can used use at a nearby Pasticerria.. No room service on weekend and holiday....
For the room price, I would have expected a bit more of service.. But the buisling is...

"The room was in very good condition and felt 100% Venetian. The bed was comfortable, linens better than acceptable, bathroom amenities on par with a four-star, and very reasonable prices in the minibar. Our view from the Rialto view room was the reason we sat looking out the window while we settled in for bed, instead of actually sitting in the bed.
The only problem we encountered was the towel warmer. Since it was winter the air conditioning was disabled. The towel warmer would not turn off. The room would get very warm because of this and the heat coming up from lower rooms. We opened the window, which was great until about 6 AM, when the cargo boats unload at the dock right outside your window. Please keep in mind: we are American, so we are very accustomed to sleeping in AC.
In closing, it’s a great hotel in a great location, in Venice. Would definitely stay again, even in the winter. "
"Lovely accommodations in the thick of the city - could not have been happier with the location, clean room and, most importantly, fantastic staff that are so helpful and friendly. LOVED IT!"
"The staff at reception were so kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean and location of the place is beautiful. We forgot our universal adapter and they brought us one, which really saved us. The breakfast was so delicious! Honestly 10/10 stay overall. Would come again and would recommend!"
"The room was very clean. The staff were very courteous and quick to help with anything we needed. We were in a junior suite with canal views. It was a wonderful view with full balcony. The boat noise was only loud with the doors open and the room was very quiet overnight. Highly recommend and would choose this hotel again. "
"Gorgeous lounge & rooms! Formerly a monastery and it retains sone of the beautiful terrazzo floors & other features. The rooms have a harmonious blend of the feature from the original building with modern showers & tubs. The location next to the train station in superb!!!"
