"Pre-renovation property. They have a nice looking front facade. But once you get around back the grass is dead. All the paint is falling off the building, there are homeless people living in the back parking lot, the carpet is 40 years old and buckling. It was nice that they put us by an outdoor water fountain, but it's obvious they don't or can't upkeep the grounds. Overall, sad and depressing."

"From check in to check out . Staff very friendly. I wanted to make a shout out to the lady who is in the area for the breakfast. She was so friendly and kind . Made everyone feel wonderful. She checked up on everyone and is just the kindest lady. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was amazing! Made the whole experience that much better !! She is why people will come back! Thank you for a good experience! "

"Breakfast was OK. Parking was parking was iffy. The Riverview consisted of sitting in your room and looking out no balcony nowhere to sit outside."

"The Good Our checkin first impression is a modern, new building that is clean, secure and with a friendly staff. Clean room with comfy bed and a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. The Bad - Room #311 We had been on the road for 9 hrs and were of course tired. We unloaded food, found all our necessities. The bedside table with a clock, phone and outlets above and below the table. The two under had lamp and clock plugged in. I used the outlet above for my CPAP and phone charger. Pretty common. I turned off the main lights next to the door had a dimmer by the way, nice touch. This switched also turned off the bedside outlets!!! No lamp,charger and no CPAP! This dude does not do well without sleep and his wife had hers plugging across the bed. Was this my room only or throughout the building? Has there ever been another complaint regarding #311? Was it ignored? I'd say yes. The Ugly Our room faced East and the sun rises about 5 am and lit up our room as the noon day sun. Why? There is no blackout curtains that have been in every hotel we have stayed in since the beginning of time. Do not give this hotel a chance. Go elsewhere."
