“I was at another wonderful hotel in Otranto who was sold out my last evening, and I moved to Palazzo de Mori. A very bad experience. I let the property know before I checked in I wasn’t feeling well, and they kindly had my room ready early. All was well until I saw the room. There is NO window in the room. The only window is in the bathroom and is a 12” square. The only ventilation is through a louvered door and if the slats are open, you can see directly into the room from both the...

“This is a lovely hotel situated right on the beach. Everything was in great condition and the view from our room was stunning. Although lots of places had closed down after the end of September, we still enjoyed the area and there was lots to do in Galipoli, a short drive away. Sylvia is the real star of the hotel and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is welcomed and taken care of during their stay. We felt like part of the family. Thank you.”

“The rooms and hotel is spotless immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable with a safe for storage of valuables. There was an extra single bed to put luggage and clothes on because there are no drawers for storing clothes. And the closet had mix match of clothes hangers not suitable for hanging pants. There are exterior stairs at entrance without handrails posing a tripping hazard. I gripped on a decor plant by the stairs for stability. The breakfast was toast bread and cold cut meats every...
