“As soon as our booking was confirmed the contact and support was faultless. The only negative is that we were unable to extend our stay. If the property had been available we would have loved to stay longer. Everything wa perfect. ”

Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....
