**Great modern hotel with a spectacular rooftop, but service was hit or miss**
Dock 69 is a new hotel, and it shows: everything felt clean, fresh, and modern. The rooftop is the real highlight. We saw the northern lights all three nights we were there, which made the stay unforgettable.
Breakfast was decent, a full English spread that did the job, though nothing extraordinary.
The main letdown was the staff. They came across as unfriendly at times, and our room wasn't cleaned one day. When we asked, they took care of it, but we shouldn't have had to chase it.
