“I had very disappointing experience at this hotel. when I picked up the two suitcases I had left with the hotel before check-in, both were partly open. One had a cover, but when I removed it, I found that about two-thirds of the zipper was undone. The other suitcase had a lock, but somehow it had been opened, the insider zipper was undone, and some of my clothes had been fallen out. I tried to report this, but there was no phone in the room. when I went down to the reception, it was crowded with...

“Fin resepsjon og restaurant/bar. Romene trenger oppgradering.

Struttura decisamente consigliata”

“I had a wonderful stay in Sommarøy! The peaceful setting, stunning hill views, and soothing ocean sounds made it truly special. Watching the Northern Lights right from the hotel was magical. The staff were lovely and welcoming, especially the ladies at reception, and the shuttle service to and from Tromsø was excellent. I left with beautiful memories and would love to return!”

“At checkout, they kept insisting I hadn't paid and demanded payment again; it was only after I went to the trouble of finding and showing the payment confirmation email from my card company that they finally acknowledged the transaction. Despite the inconvenience—such as being unable to check out for an extended period—they didn't offer a single word of apology, making the whole experience rude and absurd.”
