One Breakfast to rule them all

Hotel is pretty nice, but not the very best in terms of quality. That being said for the price it is a great choice and quality is very good. Breakfast is the best I have had in any hotel in Norway, ever.. So that is a huge plus that leaves me on a very high review score.

Good, but could be better.

All in all good experience. - Bad radiator in room which means that it was cold in the night and in the morning. Pretty annoying when it’s -13 Celsius outside. - Worst hair dryer I have ever used at a hotel. So little air power that it was basically useless. It also looks very cheap. I have attached picture. - Hanging spot light from the sealing in the bathroom. Picture attached. - Very cheap and bad shower head. - No iron for shirt in the room… had to go to a “common” iron room. I would expect having my own personal iron in my room considering this is a 4 star hotel. All the above things are thing that I would expect to be OK at a 4 star hotel.

Did not live up to expectations

This hotels needs an upgrade. Stayed in a premium room, but did not feel premium at all. Tired inventory. Extremely cold, not possible to turn on heating in the bathroom, thermostat was locked to 5 degrees celcius. Tv with no streaming or casting possibilites. Slightly broken furniture and overall a feeling of staying in a room ten overdue for a rehabilitation. Ice cube machine was broken on all 4 floors i checked. The common areas were also cold. Posters claiming eco-friendliness was the reason for this were all over. Enviromental awareness is great but it reduced the comfort a lot. The staff was really friendly - location is amazing and the breakfast had a huge selection av good food. The price gave higher expectations. There is no feeling of luxury here. If you seek that, maybe splurge a little more sn stay at Britannia. If you just want a nice room and good location, Royal Garden is close by with more modern rooms and a cheaper price. Will not stay here again

Generelt veldig bra, med Norges beste frokost. Vi bestilte vasking med qr kode, men kom aldri noen for å vaske rommet vårt. En del støy fra toget som går utenfor det siste bygget, i tillegg er det et stykke å gå til rommene som er i det siste 3. bygget.
