"Beautiful hotel that lives up to the 4 seasons standards. Room was spacious and elegant, very clean. Landscaping around the premise was nicely done. Pool was warm and pleasant for a swim even though the weather was in the high 60s. Will be back."

When I finally got in the next morning I was told there is a number on the front door, in teeny writing there is a printed emergency number, no other way to reach anyone, not via email or phone. No apology, no kindness for my $300 homeless experience. I will never stay there again."

Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating.
