โNot cleaned properly.
Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass.
I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips.

โIโm generally satisfied with the hotel. Actually, I reserved a studio for two nights but upgraded to suite room with plenty of space for a couple. Because I stayed here during February, majority of guests of the hotel is seniors from north area like Wisconsin, Chicago. And the hotel provides a lot of activities for them such as drip coffee making. They are not very professional classes but you can still enjoy them. Hotel staffs are kind and I like their swimming pool as well.

โThe hotel is so close to Mayo Clinic and this time was affordable. The barking dogs were a little annoying at times, but manageable.
I would always stay here when I have appointments at the clinic, if I could.โ
