"We stayed at the Cosmopolitan in Santa Cruz both before and after our tour of the missions. During both stays we found the staff to be very helpful and courteous, the included breakfast was great and the dining areas were open at all hours for a snack or sweet. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom large and well equipped. The hotel is located in the area we wanted, by a central plaza , near many shops and restaurants."

"Hubieron muchos inconvenientes, no funcionó la caja fuerte de mi habitación me cambiaron de habitación tampoco tenia la caja fuerte y la chapa de la puerta que es digital y habla por si sola no me dejaba dormir a media noche hablaba y hablaba me queje en varias oportunidades y no hibo solucion, sugiero cambiar ese tipo de chapas quise pagar para hace el Late Check out y no me lo permitieron y se escuchaba mucho el ruido se afuera en la habitación, lo siento esa fue mi mala experiencia y viajo...
