"We had a fantastic stay at Pullman Cairns International and would absolutely recommend it. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly courteous, welcoming, and professional. Housekeeping did an excellent job. You indicate when you would like your room cleaned.
The room itself was very spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could possibly need, making it extremely comfortable for a longer stay.
The location is one of the hotel’s biggest highlights. It’s within walking distance to just about everything: grocery stores, the famous Night Markets, the marina wharf for excursions to Green Island or Fitzroy Island, and a wide variety of restaurants. If you’re staying in this area, you really don’t need a car.
However, if you’re planning day trips to places like Port Douglas or the Daintree Rainforest, renting a car is a good idea. There’s affordable parking nearby through Secure Parking (pay via app). We paid just $6 per day, and it’s only about a 6-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel also offers on-site parking for $22 per day for added convenience, and you only pay for the days you need, not the entire stay.
Overall, an excellent hotel with great service, a prime location, and comfortable rooms. We would definitely stay here again!"
