“The hotel is very tired, but the owners are trying to tidy it up and decorate.
The facilities in the bedroom were poor, nowhere to hang clothes, curtains don't close tv didn't work.
Having said that, it is only rated a 2 star and I will certainly stay again both for the quirkiness and the lovely staff.”

“The room was clean and the shower worked well (although personal preference I wasn't a fan of the shower curtain!). They provided a fan in the room which was needed with the heat.
All the staff were lovely and they even carried our big suitcase up the stairs for us!
Enjoyed are stay and located in a wonderful location.”

“The location of the property was peaceful and was surrounded by beautiful countryside.
The owner was a great host who made us feel welcome..We enjoyed our stay.”

“Lovely location in a charming village, close to Castle Combe. We had a drink in the bar and dinner in the restaurant, both of which were great. The bed & pillows were excellent, and the host quickly supplied the top sheet we asked for. Fast wifi ticked the box. A little milk for tea or coffee would have been good, also the shower gel container was empty, but we would have no reservations in recommending the Neeld Arms for a stay!”
