“Room 8- the bathroom had a bit of a strange smell. This is just a comment, no a complaint. The main door doesn't always close properly. These are just little things- overall very good.”

“A very pleasing alternative to a hotel room. My apartment was clean and tidy and perfectly situated for my visit. Lots of rowdy venues nearby but the apartment was just far enough away to stop this from being intrusive. One minor observation. I was surprised to find a socket for a round pin plug but no USB port. ”

“Brilliant property. Brilliant location and great amenities. Only issue was that it was the third floor which would be a problem for those unable to tolerate a lot of stairs. It is right in town and close to many shops , corner shops , restaurants, takeaways and bus/tram station. Within walking distance to the train station. ”

The communication with the hosts was always excellent, and they were supportive throughout my stay. The apartment was wonderful, and I had everything I needed. Overall, it's a fantastic place, and I look forward to returning soon!”

“We had a very pleasant stay at The Beeches. The staff were helpful and the facilities exactly as advertised. I would recommend the restaurant and bar - both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Dinner especially, featured unusual dishes, good sized portions all beautifully presented. Our suite was clean,if slightly worn around the edges. Bathroom well equipped. Our only issue was that the mattress on the superkingsize bed was very very firm. Too firm for our liking. In contrast the second bed...

“Good hotel for a one night stay. A little worn out in hallways and no lift but rooms comfortable and staff lovely. Good breakfast and all a good price. Across the road from the university so ideal for staying for events or other at the uni. Not far from M1 and easy to find”
