“Elegant, chic decor, terraces and gardens welcome photographs! Glamorous bedroom with generous bathroom accessories and towels. Breakfast was extra but served in small delightful dining room with tables situated near the big grand fireplace. The hotel is a perfect restoration of a building from the Middle Ages in the Olde Section of Troyes ! One of the staff welcomed our very late arrival and waited on the small medieval street to show us where to park and to carry in our luggage. We reserved...

“Clean comfortable room. Off site parking that cost 12euros per night. We were charged nearly 100euros for an EV charge in the hotel car park. This felt like a scam.”

“Great hotel, reasonable and convenient with good amenities and lovely staff. Will be coming back again soon!”

“Room was clean but unfortunately bathroom had a very bad smell and it came into bedroom making it hard to sleep. We realized when we came home late and reception was closed so it was too late to change room. Otherwise breakfast was good and personal very friendly. About 25 mins walk to old town.”

“Hotel Ibis bien entretenu et bien situé, facile d'accès. Bon buffet de petit déjeuner.”

“There is no door in the bathroom, there is a strong smell in the bathroom, and can hear from the next room due to not good quality construction. There is no soap and the parking is very small. And all the towels are super olds😭”

“This was the best place we have stayed at on our recent trip. Everything was better than advertised. Location was excellent, the hotel was super clean and our room was so nice and inviting. We really enjoyed staying there.”
