"This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had! The moment I entered, a strong musty/moldy smell hit me—it was so bad that my family couldn’t even breathe properly. The entire place felt damp, and I spotted visible mold stains on the ceiling. I had to leave immediatel and book another place because staying here was simply not an option. Do yourself a favor and avoid this listing—it’s not worth the risk to your health! "

"Nice and cozy apartment, but it may be better to: 1) enable the guest to select smoking/ non-smoking room when booking. 2) keep the outer roll up doors of the facility opened at least from 6am, though the manager is available on the phone number given in the check-in instructions and he asks the security to open the doors. I saw several guests wondering what to do when they saw the doors closed. House keeping service is available basically when you put the trash in front of the room door."

"This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job. If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."

"The location is superb - right in the middle of the old quarter with all its charm. Walk to everything. Rooftop bar and pool was superb offering amazing skyline views. The spa waa excellent with high quality massage. The breakfast was also very good. The best part was the staff - so caring and attentive. It mase our stay very special. "

Leo, at the travel desk in the hotel, went above and beyond to help us book shorts trips around the countryside. They couldn't do enough for us. The hotel itself was a little dated but clean, neat, and convenient to everything in the Old Quarter. We loved it so much we stayed there 3 times! "

"This hotel was perfect. It was in a great location, with endless eating and shopping options. Lots of places to walk around and very easy access to transportation options. The staff was extremely friendly, the spa service was immaculate and our room was absolutely amazing. The room was just as described, so beautiful and comfy. The host Limh Pham was soo helpful and kind. She even sent us a list of recommendations for places to eat, drink and sight see. It made our trip soo much easier with all of her help. We definitely recommend this place you want to visit hanoi's old quarter. "

"The hotel is excellent!! Location is walking distance to the lake and the church and multiple shops and restaurants of old quarter. The staff is amazing. Lilly at the reception was extremely helpful and nice. Accommodating all of our needs and providing recommendation for an excellent restaurant and making reservation for us. Room is clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding. Large variety, made to order food and fruit juices and amazing service. Loved our stay and would stay again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was convenient and the staff was over the top wonderful. Helpful and forward thinking- they told us things before we even had time to ask- they are definitely prepared to assist backpackers and travelers alike. With the ability to store luggage, recommendations of what to see and do, even a train schedule for train street! They did a sweep of our room before we left to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, and offered us a place to freshen up when we came back to get our luggage before heading to the airport. Fabulous service- Lily and Susan are absolutely fantastic. The buffet breakfast had everything we could want and more. Definitely 5 stars. If we even return, this is the only place we’d stay!"

"I'm a guest from Hong Kong and stayed here for 4 days. I highly recommend this hotel. it's very clean. There's no dirty I can spot. Especially the bathroom is well maintained and has no mold. The room has no windows, but the air is still very fresh. The location is very convenient, as you can walk to the cathedral and nearby souvenir shops. There's also an OK convenience store nearby. You can also walk to the night market and the lake. The staff are also very friendly and will proactively ask for your needs, such as helping you book a car or telling you where to buy souvenirs. They also offer bargaining tips. The most surprising thing was that I booked an airport transfer service. The hotel knew I had to leave early and prepared a breakfast box for me. This was a very thoughtful service. This hotel must be booked early as it can easily be fully booked.😆😆 "
