“I picked this hotel only because I had a very good experience in rooms hotel Kazbegi. But service of rooms hotel in Tbilisi was very bad. 1. I asked to send 2 towels and 2 bottle of water to my room. But this never served. (22nd, Dec, around 5:30pm) 2. “Amazing hotel tucked away down a quiet street but in walking distance to attractions in Tblisi. Staff were so friendly and helpful particularly as Expedia mucked up our booking. Roof top pool and bar was a welcome relief after sightseeing for the day. Highly recommend!”
