Awesome staff with great communication. Quiet area in Kyoto and about 11 min walk to the station. Kitchen and washer/dryer were convenient and easy to use. Shower was also great with good water pressure.

There was a constant gurgling noise coming from either the plumbing or the air conditioning which kept us awake most nights.
